There are many other companies that provide similar services. The point is that each has a system to validate the user’s personal information and, after doing so, they sign the document in such a way that it is legally binding.

In no case are we referring to printing the drawing of a signature on the document, as someone who adds an annotation. When a digital certificate is used, it is integrated into the document and allows the recipient to confirm who actually signed the file.
